The purpose of this role is to support the branch in providing an effective and comprehensive service.
As a care provider who offer a wide range of health and social services, including domiciliary community care, complex care and short- and long-term cover in nursing and residential homes for both Children and Adult services, hospitals and respite centres. You will recruit passionate people who want to provide the highest quality care.

Work closely with the Directors to develop and implement a recruitment strategy and lead the compliance function and team members.
* Manage the recruitment processes so there are sufficient staff with the right skills to satisfy the immediate and future needs of the business.
* Lead and manage the recruitment and compliance team.
* Lead recruitment marketing across all roles within the business.
* Plan, manage and allocate the group recruitment budgets.
* Promote the business and its brand as an employer of choice, building the company image throughout all liaison with external partners and candidates.
* Lead the team to ensure response handling and customer experience KPIS are met.
* Responsible for the recruitment cycle from recruitment targets to Induction and new starters.
* Ensure the business is advertised in the right media to generate the highest quality responses within agreed budgets and timelines.
* Responsible for the creative planning of new recruitment channels and ideas.
* Sets team and business Recruitment KPIS.
* Reports conversion data, costs to recruit and other key metrics to the board.
* Ensure the candidate experience is managed with professionalism throughout.
