Our fantastic London & East Fostering service is looking for a Team Manager, based in our office in Harold Wood, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in this role, we are interested in speaking with current Team Managers, Senior or Advanced Practitioners for this opportunity.
As a Team Manager, you will work closely with our service manager to help shape, influence, and implement the future growth of this service within London and the Greater London areas.
You will be supporting the service manager by managing a team, so someone with strong leadership qualities and a passion for improving outcomes for children is desirable for this role, you must be registered with Social Work England and either hold a Management or Leadership qualification or be prepared to undertake training on this.
At our London & East Service, there are some requirements to travel for Panels, Support Groups, Training Events and the Fostering Service operations Group Management Group meetings.
This is an exciting, but demanding opportunity for someone to continue to build on an established fostering team. This will require someone with Vision, Energy and strong Leadership and Management skills to achieve what we expect of the service in the future.
This is a full-time role of 37 hours covering 5 days per week, some flexibility can be working from home when agreed by the service manager.
Monday to Thursday 9 am – 5 pm and Friday 9 am – 4:30 pm although some flexibility will be required.

On Call: 17:00 - 9:00
