Deputy Nurse Manager

Overview:

Our client is looking for a Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in a 30 bedded Nursing Home in Merseyside. You must have an NMC pin. It is an amazing charitable company to work for. 

To be responsible for the day-to-day management of The Nursing Home and to deputise in the absence of the Manager. It is 35 hours per week ( flexible, some weekend and evening work will be required) There will also be an element of on-call covered with the Registered Manager which is reflected in the numeration.

To ensure up-to-date knowledge and understanding of physical and functional mental illness in the elderly.

Duties:

To also carry out any other duties as may be required from time to time by the Operations Director or the Chief Executive.

To ensure that each service user lives in a home environment that fosters security, personal dignity and privacy.
